Heli-skiing has gained considerable popularity in the valley, and today the selection of tops and seats for the start of descent is limited only by security reasons. It is also a great opportunity to admire the beauty of the mountains and valleys from the bird's flight, fly over the famous mountain Montarto, glacial lakes and over one of the last glaciers of the Pyrenees - the peak of Aneto.
Freeride
Baqueira is often called the St. Moritz of Pyrenees or mini-Chamonix. Located in the south of Europe, this ski station competes with the most famous resorts in the Alps and the United States. In contrast to the alpine slopes, Spanish resort features a relatively small height and shorter slopes. The ski areas get easier, and slopes - safer. The most gentle and beautiful slopes - Dossau, Blanhiblar and Bonaigua, experienced freeriders ride in areas Bassiver, La Peülla, Teso dera Mina, where the inclination of slopes can reach 50°.
