No, you should ask for it when you buy your ski pass at the offices.
Is there a special ski pass for beginners?
Yes, you can buy ski passes at a reduced rate at the Beret offices, for skiing exclusively on the beginners' area in Beret. It is not valid for use on the other slopes.
What is the best skiing area for skiing for families who are learning to ski?
The Beret area, where you can find all kinds of services (cafés, terraces, ski equipment hire, children's sleighs, ski school, children's playschool, beginners' area with ski passes ata reduced rate.
Is it obligatory to wear a helmet?
No, but it is highly advisable, especially in the case of children and teenagers, although there are an increasing number of adults who choose to wear them.
What should I do on my first day as a beginner?
You should always dress (clothes and footwear) according to the weather. We recommend you hire equipment and book a ski monitor for your first lessons. Don't forget to bring: gloves, sunglasses, a lip protector and sun cream. Never ski alone.
Should I book ski lessons?
It's always a good idea, especially during the peak season. Ask for information about our cancellation policy.
What are the opening times to buy ski passes?
From 8.45 am to 4 pm.
Can I get a refund for a ski pass for several days if I don't use it?
No, unless you haven't used it due to an accident on the slopes. In this case you must show a medical certificate and the unused ski pass at the offices.
Can I get to the resort by public transport?
There is public transport in the Aran Valley, although not in the Pallars. See the web, pictograms, hotels that have their own transport to the slopes.
How can I get to the slopes from the car park in Baquería 1500?
There is a free service transport (gua-gua).
Is public transport available from Baqueira to Beret?
There is no public transport from Baqueira to Beret. The Intervalley service only goes as far as Baqueira 1500.
Which is the nearest international airport to Baqueira Beret?
In France: Toulouse is 160 km away. In Spain: Lleida-Alguaire is 130 km, Barcelona is 330 km and Zaragoza 260 km away.
What time does the afternoon ski pass begin?
The afternoon ski pass begins at 1.30pm.

No, the nearest camp site is in Arties, 7 km. from Baqueira 1.500.
